Our primary acquisition targets are anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers where the anchors are included. Dense in-fill locations are preferred. In addition we have interest in acquiring surplus real estate from retailers, non-dominant, functionally obsolete regional malls in need of redevelopment and raw land suitable for retail and mixed-use development.
We invest in properties to which we can add value, whether through lease-up, remerchandising, or significant physical redevelopment.
