Amy Li has been with Merlone Geier and its predecessor entities since 2000. Ms. Li’s responsibilities include oversight of accounting operations and cash management, development of accounting controls and procedures, production of quarterly financial reports, coordination of the audit process and review of tax returns.

Ms. Li graduated from Northcote College of Education and taught mathematics at Ju Ching Chu Middle School in her native Hong Kong. After immigrating to the United States, Ms. Li graduated summa cum laude from San Francisco State University in January 2000, earning an undergraduate degree in Accounting. She joined the accounting department in April 2000 and was promoted to the position of controller in May 2008. Ms. Li is a California licensed CPA and a licensed real estate broker. She is resident in the firm's San Francisco office.
