Overview
Aurora Shopping Center is a 130,000 square foot shopping center, located in North Seattle at the busy intersection of Aurora (hwy 99) and 130th Avenue which leads to a full I-5 Freeway interchange less than a mile away. The center is undergoing a total retransformation which includes the addition of a new 35,000 square foot national grocery store and a complete remodel of the center. Other tenants at the center include Planet Fitness, Starbucks, Key Bank and Burger King. Overview
Merlone Geier is considering a redevelopment of the Capitola Mall. We are currently engaging with community members and leaders to discuss the project and gather feedback on our plans. Located less than one mile from the ocean in a municipality that has been likened to villages on the Mediterranean Coast, Capitola Mall is also easily accessible to both local and out of town visitors. More than 4 million tourists are drawn to the county each year, lured by its miles of beaches (voted among the best on the California coast by Sunset Magazine), breathtaking views of Monterey Bay and a variety of popular festivals, making Capitola a world-class destination and locale in which to reside. Hayward Center – Hayward, CA
Overview
Merlone Geier is in the process of getting City approvals for the redevelopment of the former 1960’s era Kmart building at the corner of Harder Road and Mission Boulevard in the City of Hayward. The project will include three anchor tenants, one of which will be a specialty grocery store, several small shop tenants and two pad buildings. Construction should commence winter of 2021 with stores opening 1st quarter of 2024.

Overview
