    Overview

    Aurora Shopping Center is a 130,000 square foot shopping center, located in North Seattle at the busy intersection of Aurora (hwy 99) and 130th Avenue which leads to a full I-5 Freeway interchange less than a mile away. The center is undergoing a total retransformation which includes the addition of a new 35,000 square foot national grocery store and a complete remodel of the center. Other tenants at the center include Planet Fitness, Starbucks, Key Bank and Burger King. With the centers anchors, location at a busy intersection and surrounding demographics, this will become a great neighborhood/community center when completed.
